To strengthen regional trade ties and foster economic growth, SACCUSA has embarked on a collaborative partnership with the Zimbabwe Embassy and Ambassador HE Tadeous T. Chifamba. This cooperative endeavour aims to promote trade between Southern African countries, including Zimbabwe, and the United States.

The cooperation between SACCUSA and the Zimbabwean Embassy signifies a shared commitment to bolstering economic relations within the Southern African region. By leveraging their respective networks and expertise, Southern African Development Community (SADC) nations seek to facilitate trade and investment opportunities, promote business partnerships, and enhance cultural understanding.

Through joint initiatives, such as trade missions, business forums, and networking events, SACCUSA and the Zimbabwean Embassy aim to create a platform for dialogue and collaboration between South African and Zimbabwean businesspeople and their American counterparts. These events provide an opportunity for businesses to showcase their products, exchange market insights, and explore potential partnerships. Furthermore, the partnership serves to highlight the potential of Southern African economies and the diverse range of goods and services they offer.

Better relations between Southern African countries and the United States, SACCUSA and the Zimbabwean Embassy contribute to the overall prosperity and stability of the region. Moreover, this partnership showcases the South African Chamber of Commerce in the USA’s commitment to fostering economic growth, not only for South Africa but for the broader Southern African region.
