A recent international culinary event, bringing together food, wine and the vibrant cultures of South Africa and Switzerland was an unforgettable event.

This collaboration between the South African and Swiss Chambers in Singapore not only showcased the culinary delights of both regions but also fostered cultural exchange and appreciation.

It provided an opportunity for attendees to explore the culinary traditions and flavours of two distinct cultures in one captivating event. The event offered a delightful journey for the taste buds as guests indulged in a fusion of South African and Swiss cuisine.

From the bold and flavourful braai, a traditional South African barbecue, to the rich and distinctive tastes of Swiss Raclette and other delicacies, the menu was a feast of flavours and textures.

The carefully curated wine tasting featured six exquisite wines from both regions, carefully selected to complement the delectable dishes on offer.

The luxurious ambiance and picturesque setting of the Swiss Club provided the perfect backdrop for this unique culinary experience. Attendees were immersed in a delightful atmosphere as they savoured the diverse range of flavours, mingled with fellow food and wine enthusiasts, and enjoyed the enchanting surroundings.
