During the recent Southern Senior Cup each of the nine southern states sent representatives from each age group to compete in the various age groups. It was enlightening to watch the many Saffas serving on the courts. Convener Kobie Pretorius said the great SA representation was a big compliment for South African talent.
Dragon boat race fun!
It has become a tradition for Friends of South Africa (FoSA) Nashville to compete in the city’s annual Cumberland River Dragon boat races. This year FoSA entered two boats, The Vuvuzela Sharks and the Vuvuzela Sparks, with a total of 40 paddlers and two drummers dressed in our best zebra attire.
